Our next Technology Wizards meeting will be Wednesday, April 13th, 12:00pm – 3:00pm at the Microsoft PacWest office located at 1414 Northrup (in the Pearl district).
What is your IT documentation process?
We all love great documentation, but so often the reality is we don’t invest the time and energy needed in it, particularly given its importance. Wednesday’s session will be focused on how much poor documentation is costing your business. We aim to look at ways an MSP can improve their documentation processes to make information easier to access and to save time and money. We will introduce you to IT Glue™ a proven, best practices-driven IT documentation platform packed with features designed to help you maximize the efficiency, transparency and consistency for your team.
Adam Mihaly, Senior Account Manager
In his role at IT Glue, Adam has experienced firsthand the highs and lows of working with existing documentation workflows. He loves to work with MSPs to assist them in finding solutions to their documentation pain points. With an extensive knowledge of the MSP industry Adam is able to recommend the best solution to your business needs.
Tom Sopwith, Partner Success Manager
Tom has an enormous passion for engaging MSP partners with IT Glue’s platform. With over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, Tom brings this wealth of experience to assisting partners with programs and articles for documenting their environments.
