Getting To The Next Level – Creating Significant Competitive Advantage

This presentation intends to reveal the answer to the most prominent obstacle in front of any entrepreneur – creating competitive advantage. By defining the elements of competitive advantage through superior process, unique offerings, and vertical markets, Manuel will show how the only clear answer is to develop a solid business roadmap and strategy for success.

This presentation will step the entrepreneur and business owner through designing (or re-designing) their ideal business from the top down and then prepare them to build (or re-build) that business from the bottom up. With a focus on identifying significant competitive advantage and then coupling it to the organization’s strategy, this presentation will provide the participants with everything they need to get to the next level.

This webinar is intended for every entrepreneur, from those starting up a new endeavor to those seasoned business owners. Every business strategy can benefit from this course. The concepts and tools employed in this course are universal in their application regardless of the business maturity.

BIO

Manuel is the coach who will take you to the gym not just send you there. He believes that small business is the backbone of the world and the service industry in particular is the heart! He has over 30 years of business, management, and training experience in the computer and electronics industries including owning and managing successful IT and MSP companies.

He is the author of the book Getting To The Next Level: A Blueprint For Taking You And Your Business To The Top. Manuel is also the co-author of the Network Migration Workbook, the definitive guide to zero down time network migrations.

Manuel holds degrees in Electrical Engineering Technology and Automated Manufacturing. He is an expert of processes and systems and their efficiency who is driven toward continuous improvement in all aspects of business.

Lunch is not being provided this month, so plan accordingly. If nothing else, Safeway is about two blocks away, and they have a pretty good selection of Deli sandwiches and other things.

Reminder: Technology Wizards meetings are intended for current Technology Wizards members or potential members.  Potential members must be owners or employees of a/an IT services business whose main purpose is to support small business using Microsoft products and services in some capacity.
