December 11th Meeting ~ Manuel Palachuk ~ Tracking Time

Manuel-Palachuk-FullOur December Technology Wizards meeting will be Wednesday, December 11th, 12:00pm – 3:00pm at the Microsoft PacWest office located at 1414 Northrup (in the Pearl district).

Our featured topic will be “Working and Tracking Time in Real-Time” – What gets measured gets paid! Tackle the single biggest problem faced by all MSP’s and IT Service Providers: Getting your team to track 100% of their time and keep notes up to date in real-time.

Join us for this financially important topic that covers: Time Tracking Maturity Level, Dispelling the Multitasking Myth, Profit and Value Potential, and finally How to get your entire team Working and Tracking Time in Real-time.

We’ll have a 2-part session featuring Manuel Palachuk.

Due to scheduling needs, the first part will start promptly at 12:00pm, so please plan to arrive early.

In the second part of our session, Manuel will spend an hour following up the featured topic and will also answer additional questions on other topics.

Board Elections:

After the sessions with Manuel, we will be holding our annual Board Elections.  We will be electing the 5 members who will serve on the Board beginning in January 2014.  Only current members present in the room will be allowed to participate in the elections.

According to our Bylaws, annually the membership selects the 5 people who will serve on the Board from Jan – Dec.  At the January Board Meeting, the 5 people elected then hold an election to determine what positions within the Board they will each fill for the year.  Our Bylaws further stipulate that the President must have served on the Board the previous year.

Lunch will be provided prior to the meeting which will start promptly at 12:00pm, so PLEASE get there early!

PARKING: Please park in the lot between NW 15th & NW 16th, NW Kearney and NW Lovejoy with the entrance on Kearney Street.  There is a fee to park this time as the presenter is not from Microsoft.  Also, if there is an attendant there, tell him/her you are a Microsoft meeting attendee.  The lot is located underneath I-405.  Plan to arrive early to find parking.

Reminder: Technology Wizards meetings are intended for current Technology Wizards members or potential members.  Potential members must be owners or employees of a an IT services business whose main purpose is to support small business using Microsoft products and services in some capacity.
