July 11th Technology Wizards Meeting

Reminder: Completed and signed Membership Applications along with the payment are due by the end of the meeting on Wednesday for current members wanting to continue their membership at a discounted rate.

Our July Technology Wizards meeting is this Wednesday, July 11th 12:00pm – 3:00pm at the Microsoft PacWest Office (located at 1414 Northrup in the Pearl District).

MEMBERS: Clear your calendar now and make every effort to attend this meeting as it will be one of the most important meetings for your future and the future of your business.

There have been a great number of changes with the economy, technology products and services and vendor partner programs (and the demise of SBS and the SBSC).  How are these changes impacting your business and your clients’ businesses?  What options do you have?  What have you considered?  What does the future hold for your business and your clients?

This month’s meeting will be centered around a panel-led forum to discuss the future of our businesses as Small Business Technology Products and Services Providers.

This is a great opportunity to discuss the issues, options, opportunities and solutions as a group.  Amongst our group we have some great ideas, experiences, critical thinking skills and great problem-solving skills.  We’ll find out what these changes mean to our businesses and what some of us are considering.

Please make every effort possible to attend this meeting and to arrive on time.

Lunch will be provided, courtesy of Technology Wizards for the first few minutes of the meeting, so get there early!

PARKING: Please park in the lot between NW 15th & NW 16th, NW Kearney and NW Lovejoy with the entrance on Kearney Street.  There is a fee to park this time as the presenter is not from Microsoft.  Also, if there is an attendant there, tell him/her you are a Microsoft meeting attendee.  The lot is located underneath I-405.  Plan to arrive early to find parking.

Looking forward to your participation.

Sincerely,

Ken Shafer

President, Technology Wizards

Reminder: Technology Wizards meetings are intended for current Technology Wizards members or potential members.  Potential members must be owners or employees of a business whose main purpose is to provide technology products and/or services to other businesses, and sell or support Microsoft Windows Small Business Server in some capacity.
