July 9th ~ Working ON Your Business, Not Just IN Your Business

Our July Technology Wizards meeting will be Wednesday, July 9th, 12:00pm – 3:00pm at the Microsoft PacWest office located at 1414 Northrup (in the Pearl district).

Working ON Your Business, Not just IN Your Business – featuring Rusty Lee, CallMyPcDr.com

Most of us are really good at working IN our businesses, solving problems, creating solutions, making “widgets”, wearing our “Technician’s Hat”, but often that comes at a cost to our business.  What are you doing to work ON your business?  That is, to develop new business, giving your business opportunities to grow, become more efficient, reach more customers, etc.,

  • Have you developed a “Franchise Model” for your business?
  • Does your business provide the Lifestyle you want?
  • Are you Marketing for new customers?
  • Do you have WRITTEN Processes and Procedures?
  • Have you added employees or do you want to?

Join us Wednesday when Rusty Lee leads us in a discussion and helps us to answer these questions and many more about the importance of taking time to work ON your business.  Perhaps you have it all figured out and are doing well…  This is a great opportunity for you to come and share your success stories and some ideas for those who may still need some help in an area or two.

Rusty Lee of CallMyPCDr.com has been providing computer support to Small Business Clients for over ten years. He lives in Battle Ground, Washington. His focus is on prevention, security and reliability.

Lunch will be provided for the first few minutes of the meeting, so get there early!
