MSP Regulation and Legislation: Impact or Be Impacted! – Amy Babinchak, Third Tier
MSP regulation is already happening. The question now is do we want to have a voice in its creation? Amy has created a group to discuss that very idea and to potentially create position papers and be the voice of IT firms that could be effected by any legislation coming our way. Is this government over reach or just the maturing of our industry? Amy will discuss the state of what’s going on and explain how you can get involved. Lively discussion is likely to be included.
Amy Babinchak, Managing Partner, Third Tier
Amy is the owner of three IT related businesses: Harbor Computer Services, Third Tier and Sell My MSP and has been working in small and medium business IT field for more than 20 years. Amy is a technical person with advanced skills in networking design, management and implementation. Amy values technology for what it does for people, and the success it brings to business. Amy has also been a Microsoft MVP for 16 years, currently awarded in what Microsoft calls Office Apps and Services but what the real world knows as 365, and has received numerous leadership awards, and is a valued member of various boards guiding business growth, acquisitions, and partnerships.
